For a few years I’ve had “bootcamp” type group fitness classes on Saturday mornings. I’m switching it up... I’m working out and I want to invite you. Yes, I’ll still coach you through the workout, but I’ll do it with you! It’s all bodyweight exercises. I have resistance bands if you want added intensity. We have a warm up & cool down too. Expect to have ladder drills, stairs, abs workouts and burpees.
I adjust for different levels of intensity and you do what YOU can do….no pressure.
Bring your friends. Bring your partner. Bring whoever and start your Saturday morning with a nice sweat.

What to Bring: Mat/Towel for floor exercises and Water.
