I’ve heard yall. I. Have. Heard. Yall. I’m switching up the workout this weekend to the evening. It’s the same concept, I’m working out and I’m inviting you. Yes, I’ll still coach you through the workout, but I’ll do it with you! It’s all bodyweight exercises. I have resistance bands if you want added intensity. We have a warm up & cool down too. Expect to have ladder drills, stairs, abs workouts and burpees.
I adjust for different levels of intensity and you do what YOU can do….no pressure.
Bring your friends. Bring your partner. Bring whoever and start your Saturday morning with a nice sweat.

What to Bring: Mat/Towel for floor exercises and Water.
